The Couloirs system of entrances, cloakroom and its spaciousness make this place comfortable for visitors in spite of the optional crowd or any other drawbacks involved. The two planes of the Couloirs may be concerned as an additional benefit. Whenever a concert or an event is held at the Congress Hall the concomitant banquets can take place here. In addition it may serve as trade and exhibition area.
