Zarząd Pałacu Kultury i Nauki sp. z o.o. is a Polish commercial company dedicated to manage PKiN and its surroundings which are property of Warsaw, namely the quarter surrounded by streets: Marszałkowska, Jerozolimskie, Emilii Plater, Świętokrzyska.
ZPKiN Sp. z o.o. was established in 1990s after transformation of the former state-owned enterprise (same name). 100% of its shares are held by the city of Warsaw. Its operations include office lease, conference room renting and management of exhibition areas and terrains surrounding PKiN. The company also sells tickets to 30th Floor View Terrace, parking facilities and organizes events.
