VAT invoices – KSeF
We inform that, in accordance with the applicable regulations, as of 1 February 2026, VAT invoices are issued exclusively via the The National System of e-Invoices (KSeF).
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please report this request at the ticket office and provide the required details (company name, address, VAT number).
The VAT invoice will be issued by the City of Warsaw (municipal authority) and made available to you in the KSeF system.
Important Information
Every Friday and Saturday until the end of September, the Viewing Terrace is also open from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Evening tickets are available exclusively from the ticket machines located in the Main Hall of the Palace.

22 July – Special Birthday Offer
To celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Palace of Culture and Science, tickets to the Viewing Terrace will be available for the special price of PLN 7.10 on 22 July only. Between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., tickets will be available exclusively from ticket machines.

Information
The extensive sightseeing terrace which surrounds the top tower is the only public-admission terrace placed so high (114 m). It is on the 30th floor of PKiN. The terrace can be reached within just 19 seconds by taking an elevator. The 30th floor interiors include the Gothic Hall, an in-house gallery and a coffee place.
